Individual Sessions

All individual therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes at a time.  Should you require additional time, you are welcome to discuss it with your Pastoral Counsellor.

Introduction Sessions are scheduled for 90 minutes at a time.

Please note that appointments need to be booked 48 hours (about 2 days) in advance.

For emergency appointments, please phone us on 079 043 1646 for assistance or immediate referral.

Group Therapy Sessions

Group therapy sessions are scheduled for between 2-4 hours, depending on the type of support group.

For more information on specific support groups, please contact us directly.

Please note that slots are filled by appointment only, with a maximum capacity of 12 people per session.

Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. You will be held responsible for the payment of a session if it is cancelled less than 24 hours before the session is scheduled.

Medical aids do not cover therapy sessions.
